卓越工程师培养机制的改革与思考

The Reform and Thinking of the Outstanding Engineers Training Mechanism

"卓越工程师培养计划"是我国高等教育领域的一项重大改革。为适应我校"卓越工程师培养计划"的目标和高质量的应用型工程技术人才的需求,更好地推进"卓越计划",培养学生的综合素质、创新能力和工程能力,本文对卓越工程师的培养机制进行了探讨,从重构课程体系、改进教学方法、改善教学条件、加强校企共建、改进考核方式等5个方面提出了改革的思考和建议。

＂Outstanding engineers training plan＂is a significant reform in the field of higher education in China. In this paper,in order to meet the goals of ＂outstanding engineers training plan ＂ and the demand of high- quality engineering application- type talents,and better to promote the ＂outstanding plan＂and train the students＇ comprehensive quality,innovation ability and engineering ability,the training mechanism of outstanding engineers were discussed,the thoughts and suggestions for the reform were proposed from the five aspects including restructuring curriculum system,improving teaching methods,improving teaching conditions,Strengthening the cooperation of school and enterprise,improving the methods of assessment.
