按石油化工装置大修工作顺序,简述了装置大修管理内容,从"十落实"方面,强调大修准备工作的重要性。特别针对安全、环保、质量、计划管理进行重点探讨,为石油化工装置系统大修组织管理提供了一些借鉴。
According to procedures used in petrochemical equipment overhaul,the contents of equipment overhaul management were outlined,emphasizing the importance of preparatory work with ‘Ten Points of Implementation'. The safety,environmental protection,quality control and project management were elaborated specifically,which provided some reference for the organization and management of systematic overhaul of petrochemical equipment.
