摘要
汉代经说遵守师法、家法,但又是"有弹性"的。认识到汉儒在三家《诗》的传承过程中遵守师法、家法,是清代学者进行三家《诗》辑佚研究的基础。实际上,清代学者辑佚三家《诗》,在依照师法、家法进行归属时,又产生了一些分歧。这一方面是由于三家《诗》本身亡佚已久的特点造成的,另一方面,辑佚者的辑佚思想和论述倾向不同,也影响了他们对于三家《诗》的认定。清代学者在进行三家归属时,也存在着诸多的纠结与无奈,他们既要必须贯穿师法、家法进行三家《诗》的辑佚,但有时又不是很彻底,甚至是前后矛盾的。
The shifa and jiafa in the Confucian classics was resilient in Han dynasty .Based on the shifa and jiafa , the scholars of Qing dynasty had different views when they compiled and edited scattering documents and manuscripts of the three schools of The Classic of Poetry.On the one hand, the three schools of The Classic of Poetry were lost long time;on the other hand the complied scholars had different thought, which exerted deep influence upon the recognition of the book .As a result, they had many deep confusion and resig-nation when classifying the three schools of The Classic of Poetry .
