摘要
用户侧用电设备安全评估是排查用电设备安全隐患和预防用电安全事故的关键所在。首先,对用户侧用电设备分类并提出A类、B类、C类、D类4类用电设备安全评估指标,在此基础上将改进区间层次分析法IIAHP(improved interval analytic hierarchy process)应用于用电设备安全评估。为了解决区间算法固有的保守性和计算复杂性,再通过引入权重因子θ把区间的不确定性问题转化成为确定性问题;最后,通过与传统AHP方法比对,验证了改进的区间层次分析法的可行性,为我国用户侧用电安全评估的推广应用提供借鉴。
User-side electric equipment safety assessment plays a crucial role in electric equipment hazard investiga- tion and accident prevention. Based on the classification of the user electrical equipment safety and the A, B, C, D four types of the user electricity equipment safety assessment index, the improved interval analytic hierarchy process method is used for user electrical equipment assessment. In order to solve the conservativeness and computational complexity of the interval algorithm, the weight factor 0 is introduced, which converts interval uncertainty problem into the determin- istic problem. After that, compared with the traditional AHP method, this paper verifies the feasibility of the improved interval analytic hierarchy process is verified, and the reference for the application of user electricity safety assessment in China is provided.
