摘要 以钒电池VRB(Vanadium redox flow battery)和超级电容SC(supercapacitor)组成的混合储能系统为对象,建立了混合储能系统优化配置模型,研究用于平抑风电场功率波动的混合储能系统容量配置问题。结合专家系统和改进遗传算法提出了一种混合储能系统优化配置方法。首先,以电网节能和电压稳定为指标建立了风电场目标输出曲线;再将基于专家系统的协调控制策略引入改进的遗传算法中,得到混合储能系统的优化配置结果;最后,对典型日风电场出力下的钒电池和超级电容的工作情况进行分析,得到了专家协调控制策略具有延长钒电池寿命的结论,并验证了配置方法和模型的正确性。 Taking Vanadium redox flow battery (VRB) and supercapacitor (SC) as research objects, a hybrid energy storage system optimal configuration model is built to solve hybrid energy storage system optimal configuration problem for smoothing wind power fluctuate. Combined with expert system and improved genetic algorithm, an optimize the allo- cation method for hybrid energy storage system is proposed. First, desired output curve of the wind farm is established based on grid energy saving efficiency and static voltage stability indicators, and then coordinate control strategy is in- troduced based on expert system to the improved genetic algorithm for optimal configuration. Finally ,the performance of VRB and SC in a typical day's wind farm output situation is analyzed and that the coordinated control strategy can ex- tend the vanadium battery life is concluded. The correctness of this model and method is also verified.
