转录组测序在高等植物中的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 随着高通量测序技术的发展,在高等植物中应用转录组测序的研究越来越多。转录组测序针对物种转录本直接进行测序,能够有效的获得基因编码序列,主要研究物种在不同时期,不同环境条件,不同处理方式等各个不同条件下的基因表达差异及调控模式差异。本文主要介绍了转录组测序的测序平台,实验流程,生物信息分析内容以及目前在高等植物中的广泛应用,讨论了转录组测序在高等植物中研究的问题和新的研究内容。 With the development of high-throughput sequencing technologies, more and more biologists engage in the study of transcriptome sequencing applied in higher plants. The transcriptome sequencing for species transcription sequences directly, and it can effectively obtain gene coding sequence. The main research, transcriptome sequencing, includes differentials of gene expression and regulation pattern and resulting from the difference of the samples from species in different periods, different environmental conditions and different treatments. The authors of this paper have reviewed the transcriptome sequencing platform, the experimental process, biological information analysis which are widely used in higher plants. Furthermore, we have also discussed the problems to be solved and the new research content in future of transcriptome sequencing in higher plants.
