原癌基因DEK蛋白与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 原癌基因DEK蛋白(以下简称DEK蛋白)是一种可磷酸化的染色质架构蛋白,普遍存在于有机体大多数细胞中,主要位于细胞核内.通过对DEK蛋白的结构特征、生物学特性、与肿瘤的发生发展关系的研究,发现DEK蛋白与细胞凋亡及与恶性肿瘤的形成密切相关.本文就DEK蛋白与恶性肿瘤关系的研究概况和进展综述如下.
