摘要 根据轴承压装机系统工作流程和控制要求,从网络级、监控级、控制级对系统进行了总体设计。以工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机模式,通过FX2-485通讯协议实现上、下位机之间的通讯。上位机由组态王软件提供友好的人机界面,下位机编制了基于三菱PLC控制程序。通过现场实践证明,该设计能较好地完成系统要求的各项功能,效果良好。 Based on the work process and control require of the bearing mounting machine, the total designing was made, which included three levels: the network level, the monitor level and control level. The industrial PC was adopted for the upper computer, and the PLC was adopted for the lower computer. The upper and lower computers communicated through the FX2 - 485 communication protocol implementation. The upper computer provided a friendly man - machine interface by kingview software, and the control program was compiled based on mitsubishi PLC for the lower computer. The designing could complete each function of the system requirements, and the result was good.
