数字化断层融合技术(DTS)在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨普通DR胸片与数字化断层融合技术在肋骨骨折临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取26例因胸部外伤所致肋骨骨折的患者,行普通DR正斜位胸片和断层融合技术(DTS)摄片,将两种技术所得图像对肋骨骨折的显示进行对比分析。结果 26例患者中,共55根肋骨骨折,DR胸片对骨折的显示率为67.3%,断层融合显示率为100%,明显高于DR胸片。将两种检查得到的数据进行统计分析,p<0.0l,差异有统计学意义。结论采用断层融合技术拍摄肋骨,避免了临近结构的重叠干扰,且辐射剂量低、价格低廉,是对DR胸片及CT检查的重要补充。
