摘要
研究了一款小排量国Ⅴ柴油机辅助预热系统的技术,介绍了这种高效的辅助预热系统及其控制策略。通过柴油机电子控制系统进行精确控制,提升了柴油机冷起动性能,稳定柴油机怠速,满足DPF再生功能,从而实现相关排放指标。
By technical anal ysis of an aid glow system for one China V diesel engine of small displacement, an advanced efficient glow system and a strategy of control are introduced. Based on EDC control, precious control of the glow system is achieved, thus improving engine cold starting ability,stabilizing the engine idle speed,and satisfying the need of DPF regeneration required by relevant emission legislations.
