Rules of improvement activities were summarized including giving staff a meaningful job and keeping the communication channel in the institution open. The implementation framework of improvement activities was provided. The human operation of three categories was defined: pure waste, no added value and value added operation. The specific steps to reduce human resources were analyzed through concrete examples. Three principles of improving human actions were summarized. The reasons for and implementation of equipment improvement were demonstrated. The work improvement and the function and significance of respect for human nature were evaluated.
