石墨碳纤维导电沥青胶浆路用性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以石灰岩矿粉为填料,固定粉胶比0.8,按不同石墨掺量和碳纤维掺量将石墨和碳纤维加入SBS改性沥青中制备成石墨碳纤维导电沥青胶浆,通过一系列室内试验,研究了石墨和碳纤维掺量对沥青胶浆路用性能的影响。结果表明:石墨的加入降低了石墨碳纤维沥青胶浆的抗高温变形能力和低温抗裂性,并且显著降低了石墨碳纤维沥青胶浆的施工和易性。碳纤维的加入可以提高石墨碳纤维沥青胶浆的抗高温变形能力,但是降低了石墨碳纤维沥青胶浆的低温抗裂性和施工和易性。 The graphite carbon fiber conductive asphalt mortar was prepared with graphite,carbon fiber,limestone powder and SBS modified asphalt according to different content of graphite and carbon fiber while the ratio of filler to bitumen is 0.8.The influence of the graphite content and carbon fiber content on the properties of conductive asphalt mortar pavement performance was studied through a series of laboratory tests.The results showed that the graphite can reduce the high temperature deformation resistance and the low temperature crack resistance of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar and significantly reduce the graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar’s workability.The carbon fiber can im-prove the high temperature deformation resistance of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar but reduce the low tempera-ture crack resistance and workability of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar.
