摘要
进度控制在工程施工中的各阶段起着非常重要的作用,对项目进度有效的控制和管理是项目成功与否的关键因素。该文针对进度控制的重要性,通过介绍项目进度控制的定义和作用,探讨并分析了影响工程项目进度的各种因素,提出了相应的进度控制措施。
Schedule control plays an important role in different stages of the engineering construction;effective con-trol and management for the proj ect schedule is the key to the success of the proj ect.In this paper,measures were pres-ented for schedule control according to the importance of schedule.Through introducing the definition and effect,this paper discussed and analyzed various factors influencing proj ect schedule.
