摘要
以吉林省优秀散打运动员为研究对象,采用职业倦怠量表、运动员疲劳量表、训练比赛满意感量表对运动员实施调查。结果显示被试群体职业倦怠较为突出,中等程度倦怠人数占总人数的53.5%;情绪/体力耗竭问题的检出率64.2%超半数以上,其职业倦怠问题不容忽视。散打运动员职业倦怠的产生有其特殊的原因,针对其特殊性,建议从完善心理状态测评监控体系、加强生物反馈训练、实施认知—行为干预、开展以人为本心理咨询与辅导,来加强对吉林省散打运动员职业倦怠的心理干预。
This research aims at the excellent Sanda athletes in Jilin Province,using Job Burnout Scale,Athletes' Fatigue Scale and Training Competitions' Satisfaction Scale for the investigation. The results show that job burnout of the tested group is more obvious. The number of people with moderate job burnout accounts for 53. 5% of the total group. The detection rate of emotional /physical burnout is 64. 2%,accounting for more than half of all group. So the job burnout problem cannot be ignored. The job burnout of Sanda athletes is generated for special reasons. For its particularity,it is recommended to improve the psychological status evaluation and monitor system,to enhance the creatures' feedback training,to implement the cognitive-behavioral intervention,to develop the people-oriented psychological consultation and so that the psychological intervention for them will be strengthened.
