摘要
针对±800kV特高压灵绍直流输电线路工程通过增加安装工况临时拉线平衡张力,从而降低耐张塔自身质量的方案,选择JC27101耐张塔进行真型试验研究,验证此方案的可靠性,保证线路安全运行。试验结果表明:JC27101耐张塔整体刚度好,能满足规范和线路运行的要求;内力理论计算与实际情况吻合,设计方法合理,铁塔强度安全可靠。
By increasing temporary string balance tension under installation condition, tension tower weight has been reduced effectively in the project of zk 800kV LingShao UHV I3(2 transmission line. In order to verify the reliability of this scheme and ensure the safety of the power transmission line, full-scale test analysis for JC27101 tension tower has been carried out. The test result shows that the total rigidity of JC27101 tension tower fits the requirements of the codes and line operation. Theoretical calculation results on internal forces matches the practical situation. It has been verified that The design is reasonable and the strength of the tower is reliable.
