摘要
结合昆明机场的地理环境和地石榴的生理特性,对地石榴扦插方法、繁育期间温湿度控制、肥水及光照炼苗管理、病虫草害防治及移栽技术进行分析研究,提出一套大棚地石榴大批量快速繁苗管理技术,并已成功繁育出230万株无病的地石榴壮苗,供机场停机坪裸露平地的景观绿化使用。探索研究出地石榴的扦插繁育及苗木栽培技术标准,为规范地石榴的繁育生产及移栽提供技术依据。
This thesis talked about researches on the cutting method of Ficus tikoua, the temperature and humidity, the fertilizer, lighting during its breeding time, its seedling breeding management, as well as its transplanting techniques based on the geographical environment of Kunming Airport. It also introduced a set of seedling breeding techniques for large amounts of Ficus tikoua seedlings to grow quickly in greenhouses. In the research, we have already bred 2,300,000 healthy Ficus tikoua seedlings, which were used for the landscape greening on the plane parking apron. We also explored the standard of cutting breeding and seedling planting techniques, which provides technical basis for the breeding and transplanting of Ficus tikoua. In the meanwhile, it provides fine seedlings for regional ecological environment. This is of great importance for exploring the breeding of plants that can conserve soil and water in weak ecological areas.
