摘要
基于VC++对Solid Works软件进行二次开发以建立机床夹具的标准件库.该系统通过开放数据库互联管理器连接用户界面和数据库,可供用户直接查询数据库中零件的参数,进而修改零件的尺寸并获得不同类型的夹具零件.通过零件参数化设计,机床夹具能够被快速查询和建模,为后续的工件设计和制造创造了条件.因为采用了更加灵活和通用的开发方法,该标准件库操作更方便,用户界面更友好,可为其他机械零件标准件库的开发提供参考.
Secondary development of SolidWorks software was performed to establish a standard parts library for mechanical tool jigs based on VC + +. The user interface and database were connected via an open database connectivity(ODBC) manager in the system,by which the user could directly query parts parameters in the database and modify the dimensions of the parts in order to get different types of jigs. Through parametric design,jigs can be quickly searched and modeled,which might create a condition for the subsequent design and manufacture of parts. For using a more flexible and versatile development method, the standard parts library is easy to operate, has a friendly interface, and can provid a reference for the development of standard parts library for other mechanical parts.
