摘要 以某多功能运动车(SUV)扭杆梁后桥为对象,根据疲劳累积损伤理论中常用的PalmgrenMiner准则、修正的Miner准则和双线性准则,对程序载荷谱下后桥的疲劳寿命进行预测,并结合台架试验验证各损伤模型的精度.结果显示,在随机载荷谱下进行疲劳寿命预测时Miner准则的精度最高,与试验寿命的吻合最好. Taking the torsion beam rear axle of a SUV as an example, the fatigue life under program loading spectrum was estimated with Palmgren-Miner rule (PMR), modified Miner rule (MMR) and Double Linear Damage Rule(DLDR). Fatigue tests were conducted on test rigs and the accuracy of each method was validated. The result shows that PMR is the highest accuracy method for the fatigue life prediction under random loading spectrums and is in best accordance with the experimental value.
