中小学教师远程培训中有引领的自主学习模式探索——MOOCs的借鉴与本土实践

摘要 提高培训质量是中小学教师远程培训面临的重难点。分析国外3个网站中的3门MOOCs课程,借鉴MOOCs在预设引领的自主学习模式的理念与做法,探索A企业"国培计划"教学模式中线性学习路径、针对性专家答疑、综合实践活动、学习评价和辅导教师过程引领的改进与完善,增强了课程内容的交互性、实用性,提高了培训工作的有效性和学习者的学习积极性,也提升了A企业在教育部"国培计划"满意度调研中的排名。 How to improve the quality of training is heavy and difficult problems facing the distance training for teachers in primary and secondary schools. The authors select three courses from three MOOCs platforms, analyze and summarize the concept and practice of the autonomous learning mode in preset led of MOOCs for reference. At the same time, the authors conclude“National Training Plan”and“the autonomous learning mode with leading”from the enterprise A, which include linear learning path, niche targeting expert answer, comprehensive practical activities, evaluation with the purpose of knowledge and ability enhancing,process guidance by the mentor teacher and so forth. The reform and improvement of the teaching mode effectively enhance the interactivity and practicality of the curriculum contents. They increase the effectiveness of training work and the enthusiasm of the learner. They also enhance the rankings of the enterprise A in the Ministry of Education“National Training Plan”satisfaction investigations.
