肺表面活性蛋白的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺表面活性物质是由肺泡Ⅱ型细胞和clara细胞合成和分泌的脂质-蛋白混合物,覆盖于肺泡上皮内侧,其脂类含量大约为90%,蛋白含量约为5%~10%。目前认为肺表面活性蛋白-A和-D是肺泡层内重要的天然免疫系统的分子,能够减少肺泡张力、稳定肺泡形态,还能激活或失活细胞内的吞噬作用或诱导细胞内活性氧族和细胞因子的产生。
