摘要
如何确定和优化加热炉集合管的尺寸以保证各支管管内介质流量自然分配的均匀,同时兼顾经济性,是加热炉集合管设计的关键。文章对集合管流量分配的计算模型进行了介绍,并利用该计算模型分别对重整炉和制氢转化炉集合管进行了计算,并对计算结果进行了分析对比。得出了U型集合管优于Z型集合管的结论,并就集合管内截面积如何选取给出了推荐范围,该结论在加热炉集合管设计中可以起到一定的参考的作用。
The key to the design of manifold in furnace is how to determine and optimize the size of furnace manifold to ensure the uniform flow in the branch pipes and take the economy of the furnace into consideration.This paper introduces the computational model of flow distribution in manifold.And it applies this model to calculate the manifold of CCR furnace and hydrogen reformer respectively and makes analysis and comparison of the results.Then it arrives at the conclusion that U-shaped manifold is better than Zshaped manifold and it presents the recommended range for the selection of the sectional area of manifold.This conclusion may provide reference for the design of furnace manifold.
