321不锈钢电感探针腐蚀速率升高原因讨论 被引量:1

摘要 随着加工高硫高酸原油量的增加,炼厂设备腐蚀问题日益突出,在线腐蚀监测技术的应用也越来越广泛。结合现场工艺对常减压装置减二线321不锈钢材质电感探针腐蚀速率持续升高现象进行了分析,分别讨论了油品介质、流量和缓蚀剂等因素,结果表明随着油品酸值升高,主要发生了环烷酸的腐蚀,同时加上冲刷的影响,高温缓蚀剂无法在探针表面形成有效的保护膜,导致探针腐蚀速率长期偏高。 With the increased processing volume of the high-sulfur and high-acid-value crude,the corrosion problems of refining equipment become increasingly serious and the application of Online Corrosion Monitoring Technology has been wide.Combing with the field process,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of the increased corrosion rate of the 321 stainless steel induction probe in the second vacuum side stream of atmospheric vacuum unit.It discusses the oil medium,flow of oil and corrosion inhibitor respectively.The results show that with the increase of the acid value of the oil,there is mainly naphthenic acid corrosion occurring and with the influence of erosion,high-temperature corrosion inhibitor cannot form effective protective films on the surface of the induction probe,which leads to the high corrosion rate of the induction probe in a long period.
