摘要
介绍了炼油部催化装置从2012年8月大修后运行到2014年5月,利用检修,对该装置的反应器、沉降器、再生器、分馏塔和容器、冷换设备等部分主要设备进行腐蚀调查。分析了设备因受到高温烟气、催化剂冲刷磨损和有害介质腐蚀造成的破坏原因,针对装置目前的实际腐蚀情况,提出了下一个运行周期应该从衬里修复施工管理、金属表面处理、调整装置工艺操作、加强腐蚀监测和水质管理,以及调整工艺防腐措施等几个方面采取防护措施,进一步提升设备的管理水平,保障装置安全运行。
This paper introduces the investigation into the corrosion in some main equipment of the catalytic unit such as the reactor,settler,regenerator,fractionating column and containers during the maintenance in May 2014 after the overhaul of the unit in August 2012.It analyzes the damage on the equipment caused by high temperature flue gas,catalyst scouring abrasion and harmful medium corrosion.Aiming at the actual corrosion situation of the device,the paper proposes to take protective measures from the aspects of lining repair construction management,metal surface treatment,adjusting the process operation of the device,enhancing corrosion monitoring and water quality management as well as the adjusting anticorrosion measures and so on during the next operating period.It also proposes to further enhance the management level of the equipment to guarantee the safe operation of the device.
