摘要 以日本对虾为研究对象,运用强效水质改良剂和水产专用活菌素两种调水产品,旨在说明其在水质调控方面的作用。研究结果表明:强效水质改良剂和水产专用活菌素均能够降低水体中氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物的含量,增加水体透明度、水中溶解氧含量,调节水体p H值。不同之处在于强效水质改良剂使用后,水体中绿藻数量多,蓝藻数量少,这种水体有益于对虾的成活率提高,该实验中使用强效水质改良剂的实验组的成活率为85%;使用水产专用活菌素的实验组水体中蓝藻数量多,绿藻数量少,此种水体日本对虾生长快,但成活率相对强效水质改良剂较低为83%。 Two kinds of water diversion products, the powerful water conditioner and the aquatic special live probiotics, were used to study the improvement of the water quality of Penaeus japonicas, and to illustrate their effect of regulation and control of water quality. The results indicated that those two kinds of water diversion products could reduce the content of ammonia-N, nitrite, sulfide in the water, increase the transparency of the water, the dissolved oxygen content in the water, and adjust the p H value. The difference was that after use of the powerful water conditioner, the numbers of green algae were more than cyanobacteria, and this situation was benefit to the growth of Penaeus japonicas, and the survival rate was higher. In this experiment survival rate of Penaeus japonicas was 85%. While after use of the aquatic special live probiotics, the situation was reversed. The number of green algae was less but cyanobacteria grew faster; meanwhile, the survival rate was relatively lower than the powerful water conditioner. It was 83%.
