重庆市城市生态支持系统瓶颈要素分析

摘要 城市生态支持系统作为城市生态系统的关键部分,对城市的发展有着重要的支撑作用,因此,对该系统瓶颈要素的分析将成为城市能否实现可持续发展的关键问题。论文采用基于供需平衡原理构建的城市生态支持系统瓶颈要素评价体系,并将资源要素的稀缺性和环境要素的多指标性引入到瓶颈要素评价体系中。通过对2011年重庆市城市生态支持系统的各要素的实例分析,得出大气环境、水环境、耕地资源和煤炭资源为重庆市城市生态支持系统的瓶颈要素,针对各个瓶颈要素提出进行调控的合理建议,以求减缓由此而产生的瓶颈作用,进而实现城市可持续发展的目标。 Urban ecological supporting system(UESS), is a key part of urban ecological system and acts as one of the support roles in city's development. So, it's important to make limiting factors analysis for city's sustainable development. This paper focuses on the supply and demand balance principle and constructs the limiting factors evaluation methods to integrate both the resource elements and environmental elements into the limiting factors evaluation system. Finally, we have obtained the limiting factors of air environment, water environment, cultivated land and coal mine. Then, we try to give a regulation proposal for Chongqing City in order to ease arising limiting effect, so as to realize the goal of sustainable development.
