注射用胞磷胆碱钠标准中含量测定方法的改进

Improvement of Determination Method of Citicoline Sodium for Injection

目的：改进注射用胞磷胆碱钠现行标准的含量测定方法。方法：修订供试品溶液的制备方法。结果：胞磷胆碱钠浓度在0.0652～2.0864 mg· mL^-1范围线性关系良好（ r＝0.9998），平均回收率为99.36％，RSD为0.56％。结论：修订后的方法消除了辅料不同对含量结果的影响，该方法准确度高，可真实反映药品的实际含量。

Objective：To improve the determination method of the working standards for Citicoline Sodium for Injection.Methods：To revise the preparation method of test samples.Results：Citicoline sodium had a good linearity in the range of 0.0652～2.0864 mg· mL^-1 （ r=0.9998） ,the average recoverywas 99.36%with RSD of 0.56%.Conclusion：Therevised method can eli minate the influ-encesof excipient, it has high accuracy and can reflect the actual content of drugs.
