摘要 在役埋地钢质管道检测技术是实现管道安全管理的重要方法和途径,是一项保障管道安全运行的检测施工技术,本文介绍了一些技术革新后的检测施工工艺技术和方法,包括:信号接入技术、无盲区检测技术、双机同步工作技术、组合检测施工技术、双值组合定位技术、漏点快速定位技术、设备校准技术和组合评价技术等,这些检测施工技术能有效提高检测施工质量和工效,降低施工成本和劳动强度,符合工程应用的需要,具有工程应用和推广价值。 In the service of buried steel pipeline detection technology is an important method and way of pipeline safety management, is to detect the construction technology of safe operation of a protection pipe, this paper introduces some technical innovation after the detection of the construction technology and method, including: signal access technology, no blind spot detection technology, synchronization technology, combined detection of construction technology, double the value of combined positioning technology, positioning technology, equipment calibration point fast and evaluation technology, the detection technology can effectively improve the detection of construction quality and efficiency, reduce the construction cost and labor in tensity, meet the need of engineering application, with engineering application and popularization value.
