Study of Rural Legislation Construction Under the New Situation

我国农村法治建设是全面推进依法治国的重要基础。由于传统社会陈腐习惯的影响和现代社会不良观念的感染,农村法治建设依然存在诸多问题和困境。要破解这些困境,必须在农村法治宣传教育、加强法治知识培训、充分发挥村民参与法治的主体作用、强化对农村法治的有效监督等方面下功夫。

Rural legislation construction is the important foundation to comprehensively push forward ruling the country by law. As the influence of traditional social trite habit and the modern social detrimental ideas, there are many problems and difficulties in rural legislation construction. To solve these difficulties,we should work hard in propaganda and education about rural legislation construction, strengthen training of law knowledge,let peasant play the key role in villagers＇ participation in the rule of law and strengthen the effective supervision by law in rural areas.
