The Qing government carried out more than two hundred years of sovereignty over Taiwan.The Qing dynasty government needed talents and help after Sino-Japanese war. As Guangxi national heroes, Yang Tingli and Tang Jingsong made a positive contribution in Taiwan＇s construction due to their rich political and social management experience.
