摘要
2009年以来,象山县城镇化步伐加快,房地产发展迅速,新建小区数量急剧增加,随之而来的问题也不断产生,其中以物业服务合同纠纷尤为凸显。依不同住宅类型,各物业公司收取的物业管理费用以及提供的物业服务质量标准不一,差异迥然。而业主与物业公司之间又未曾签订规制双方权利义务的物业合同,使得双方之间矛盾纠纷频增却又无"法"可依。
With the acceleration of urbanization in Xiang Shan since 2009, the real estate market has developed rapidly, and the new residential buildings increase sharply as well. As a consequence, there comes into being the property disputes, especially the property service contract disputes. According to the different types of residence, the property management fee charged and property service offered are completely different among various property companies. However, there always have no property service contracts between the proprietors and the property companies, which leads to no "provisions" to solve these disputes.
