摘要 人力资源管理作为实践性很强的专业,在教学环节,如何在学校和企业、理论与实践之间形成良好对接,已成为业界日益关注的焦点,也考验着开设此专业的各个高校。针对很多高校传统教学模式中"重理论,轻实践;重教学,轻就业"倾向,提出了探索以市场为导向多元立体教学模式构建思路。 As a practical profession, how to create a good link between schools and enterprises, theory and practice for the majors of Human Resource Management in the teaching process has become increasingly the focus of attention. Meanwhile, it is also a test to the various colleges and universities which hold this major. According to the tendency of "theory orientation study but contempt for practice; teaching orientation but contempt for employment" in the traditional teaching mode of many colleges and universities, we put forward a constructive idea of market - oriented multi - dimensional teaching mode.
