摘要
设立学生公寓辅导员是当前为适应新时期学生教育管理工作发展,从在校学生中选拔优秀学生参与学生公寓管理的重要举措。经过探索和实践,学生公寓辅导员建设取得显著成绩,但也面临角色定位模糊、激励机制缺乏、人员配备紧张等问题,亟需引起重视和加以改善。只有通过更新人才管理观念、完善制度管理体系、落实后勤保障等有力措施,才能有效发挥这一岗位在提升大学生思想政治教育工作科学化水平中的重要价值。
Select outstanding students participate in the Student Apartments Counselor Team is a important measures to adapt to the new period of the current student education management. Through the exploration and practice, student apartment counselor construction of significant achievements, but also face role fuzzy, lack of incentive mechanism, staffing problem such as tension, need attention and improve. Only through some forceful measures like updating the concept in personnel management, perfecting the management system and putting in practice the logistic support can this program exert its important value in university students' ideological and political education in a scientific way.
