汽轮机汽封的节能改造

摘要 针对汽轮机前汽封漏气严重,影响机组安全经济运行的情况,将汽轮机原有的梳齿汽封改为刷式汽封和蜂窝汽封。改造后机组气耗率下降3.26%,汽封漏气现象得到改善,有效提高了机组真空严密性,减少了机组运行中油中带水的现象,实现了节能的效果。 In consideration of the severe steam leakage due to the front steam seals which has affected seriously the safe and economic operation of turbine unit, the existing comb-tooth steam seals were transformed into brush seals and cellular seals. After the transformation, the steam leakage has been solved and the rate of steam consumption has decreased by 3.26 %,which has effectively improved the vacuum tightness of the turbine units, reduced the water in oil during the operation, and achieved the target of energy saving.
