地方高校教学质量满意度调查研究——以赣南师范学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 以赣南师范学院为例,结合学校实际情况自编问卷,从培养模式、教师素质、课程设置、实践教学等维度,对地方高校教学质量满意度进行了问卷调查。结果显示:(1)学生对地方高校教学质量总体评价较为满意。(2)满意度均值各一级指标中,满意度由高到低的顺序是:教师素质、教学管理、培养模式、基础设施、实践教学、课程设置。(3)被调查者的年级、专业因素、毕业就业意向对教学质量满意度有显著影响,性别和是否参加过科研的经历对教学质量满意度没有显著影响。 A questionnaire survey on satisfaction of teaching quality in local universities was conducted by taking Gannan Normal Uni-versity as an example, combined with the actual situation of the school questionnaire, from the "training mode", "teacher quality","Curriculum", and"practice". The results showed that: (1) the students are satisfied with the quality of the overall evaluation of local colleges and universities teaching;(2) as to the mean for each level of satisfaction, the order of satisfaction(from high to low):the quality of teachers, teaching management, training mode, infrastructure, practice teaching, and curriculum;(3) respondents, professional grade factors, and graduate employment intention have a significant influence on teaching quality satisfaction, while gender and scientific research experience have no significant effect on the quality of teaching satisfaction.
