摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，分别从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化三个层面探讨了武术文化回归的具体方法，为武术的传承和发展提供建设性的意见。我们要充分发掘武术的文化底蕴，逐步完成武术文化的回归，发扬中华武术。
By the method of documentary and logical analysis, this paper explores the specific method of Wushu culture regression from the perspectives of material culture, spiritual culture and system culture, and provides constructive comments for the inheritance and de-velopment of Wushu. We should dig into the profound cultural connotation of Wushu, gradually complete the regression of Wushu cul-ture, and carry forward the Chinese Wushu.
