关于大学生心理档案规范化管理的思考

On the Standardized Management of University Students’ Mental Record

随着高校的扩招，大学生已经成为一个非常庞大的群体，大学生心理健康问题带来的悲剧也经常见诸媒体。鉴于此，教育部要求各高校从大学生入学起即为其建立心理档案，各大高校纷纷响应。然而，大学生心理档案管理过程中存在许多问题。本文就目前大学生心理档案管理存在的问题进行了相关探讨，并针对性地提出了规范化管理大学生心理档案的建议。

With wider access to higher education, the number of university students has greatly increased and become a huge group. The tragedies caused by their psychological/mental health problems were often reported in the media. In view of such situation,educational department require colleges and universities to create records on mental health for freshmen. However, some problems are still to be solved because of lack of a good management. This article aims to probe into these problems and makes some suggestions on standardized record management of university students’ psychology.
