近年来高校突发事件多发,对学生人身与财产安全及学校安全稳定造成一定的负面影响。突发事件对高校辅导员的应对与处置能力提出了较高要求。文章分析高校突发事件的类型、起因,并在此基础上提出了辅导员处置突发事件应具备的能力要求。

In recent years,emergency incidents occurred in universities frequently. It brought certain negative impacts to students＇ personal and property safety and campus security. The emergency incidents require counselors to have higher emergency handling capacity. The paper analyzes emergency types and causes,on which counselors＇ required capacities are put forward.
