随机电源与确定电源协同调度综述 被引量:2

摘要 风能、太阳能等可再生能源具有随机性和间歇性的特点,大规模接入可再生能源接入电网将对电力系统产生诸多负面影响,如造成电压、频率波动,线路潮流越限等,导致供电质量无法得到保障。为了应对可再生能源接入所带来的挑战,该文系统地综述可再生能源接入对传统电网的影响,提出预测阶段、提前计划阶段和实时调度阶段3个层次的应对方法,探讨协同应对提高含可再生能源电力系统的可控性和可再生能源接入容量。最后,展望可再生能源接入方法的发展方向,指出具有经济性、鲁棒性的可再生能源接入策略,并预测可再生能源与主动负荷的协同调度将会成为未来的研究热点。 Because of the intermittency and uncertainty of renewable energies (RESs),integration of RESs in large scale has negative influences,such as the fluctuation of voltage and frequency, power flow off limit,resulting in electricity quality deterioration.In order to deal with the chal-lenge brought by RESs integration,the influences for traditional power system caused by RESs integration and the solved methods were systematical overview.The solved methods can be classi-fied into forecasting level,pre-planning level and real-time dispatching level,and this paper gave detailed explanation and illustration for each one.Through the collaboration of the three levels,it can greatly improve the controllability for RESs integration and increase RESs integration capaci-ty.Finally,it gave an outlook for RESs integration development,and pointed out that the collab-oration between RESs and active load will become a hot spot in the future.
