摘要
风电的大规模接入给电力系统运行带来了新的挑战。随着风功率的渗透率逐渐增加,由风功率预测误差带来的不平衡功率将导致频率波动量的增加。含风电电力系统的机组组合问题往往没有考虑系统的安全约束,尤其是频率安全约束,而频率安全约束将直接影响发电计划的可行性。搭建考虑稳态频率约束的含大规模风电机组组合优化模型,并采用CPLEX优化软件来进行求解,从而得到系统常规机组发电成本最小。最后,以小规模电网算例对所提方法进行测试,将测试结果与传统的考虑频率约束的机组组合方案进行比较,验证了该方法的有效性与优越性。
Large-scale wind turbine integration into power system brings new challenge on power system operation. With the gradually increasing of permeability of wind power, the unbalanced power which is brought by wind power prediction errors will cause the increasing of frequency fluctuation. At present, studies on unit commitment of power system including wind turbine didn't take the system security constraints into account, especially the constraint of frequency, which may influence the feasibility of the generation plan. Therefore, a unit commitment model including wind turbine considering the steady frequency constraints for power system was proposed in this paper. The model was solved by CPLEX. Finally, comparing to the schemes of unit commitment without frequency constraints, simulation results showed that the proposed method was effective and efficient.
