摘要
建立了饲料级兽药制剂中违禁药物己烯雌酚、双烯雌酚、己烷雌酚的超高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。用无水乙醇超声提取试样中3种雌激素，以乙腈-水作流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用电喷雾电离方式（ESI-），通过多反应监测（MRM）定量。该方法灵敏度高，线性关系良好，相关系数达到0.99，回收率在70.9%~98.8%之间，相对标准偏差（RSD）均小于8.3%。本方法快速、简便、精确度高、准确度高，适用于兽药制剂中己烯雌酚、双烯雌酚、己烷雌酚违法添加的定性、定量分析。
A method of determination of illegal drugs diethylstilbestrol, dienestrol,and hexoestrolin feed grade veteri-nary preparations by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric （UPLC-MS/MS） was devel-oped. Three kinds of estrogens in samples were extracted by ultrasound with ethanol. A gradient system of acetonitrile and water with multi-reaction monitoring （MRM） was employed for quantitative determination. This method has high sen-sitivity and good linear relationship, the correlation rate was 0.99. The average recoveries ranged from 70.9%to 98.8%with relative standard deviation less than 8.3%. The determination method was characterized by simplicity, higher sensi-tivity, and accuracy. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of illegal drugs diethylstilbestrol, dienestrol and hexoestrolin feed grade veterinary preparation.
