摘要
介绍一种合成除草剂莎稗磷的方法,以对氯苯胺和氯代异丙烷为起始原料,经烷基化制成中间体4-氯-N-异丙基苯胺,再经酰化制成中间体2-氯-N-(4-氯苯基)-N-(异丙基)乙酰胺,最后经缩合反应制得莎稗磷原药,反应总收率可达65%以上。
s: The parachloroaniline and isopropyl chloride is used as the raw materials to synthesize anilofos which is a kind of herbicide. Firstly the raw materials will be alkylated to prepare the intermediate 4-chloro-N-isopropyl aniline, and then it is acylated to form the intermediate 2- chloro-N-(4-ehlorobenzene)-N-(isopropyl) acetamide, and finally the technical material anilofos is obtained after condensation reaction. The total reaction yield reaches 65% or more, and the product purity will be more than 95%.
