复方苦参注射液联合GP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer with the compound Kushen injection plus chemotherapy

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效、生活质量变化、毒副反应及疼痛缓解情况。方法:将60例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组(复方苦参注射液+GP方案化疗)和对照组(GP方案化疗)。对照组应用吉西他滨1000mg/m2分别于第1d、8d静滴,顺铂25mg/m2,第1d、2d、3d静滴;治疗组在化疗同时加用复方苦参注射液20m L,静脉滴注,1次/d,连用2周,3周为一个周期,连续治疗两个周期。结果:治疗组临床获益率(CR+PR+SD)86.7%,对照组临床获益率63.3%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后Karonfsky评分提高率分别为73.3%和43.3%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组在白细胞下降、恶心、呕吐、肝功能损害方面比较有显著统计学差异性(P<0.05),在血小板下降、血红蛋白下降、肾功能损害方面比较无显著统计学差异性(P>0.05);治疗组止痛缓解率90.0%高于对照组63.3%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合GP方案化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌可明显改善患者生活质量、减轻化疗毒副作用、缓解轻中度疼痛。

Objective： To observe recent effects, life quality changes, adverse reaction and pain relief of the compound Kushen injection plus chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （the compound Kushen injection ＋ GP chemotherapy） and the control group （GP chemotherapy）. Results： In the treatment group, clinical benefit rate （CR ＋ PR ＋ SD） was 86.7%, in the control group it was 63.3%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; Karonfsky score increasing rate in two groups after treatment was 73.3% and 43.3% respectively, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; white blood cells decline, nausea, vomiting, liver function damage in two groups were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）, the fall of platelet, hemoglobin, renal damage were not statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; the pain relief rate was 90.0% in the treatment group, higher than 63.3% in the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The compound Kushen injection plus chemotherapy can significantly improve quality of life, reduce side effects of chemotherapy, mild-to-moderate pain relief, and show good effects on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
