愈冠心痛灵方对慢性心衰患者的心脏血流动力学影响的临床研究

Clinical research on cardiac hemodynamics in patients with CHF by the Yuguan Xintong Ling recipe

中医络病理论认为,心衰的发生主要是由于气阳虚乏、运血无力造成的。心气虚乏,心脏就会舒缩无力,从而不能很好地推动脉络中的血液畅通运行,津液不是渗出脉络之外,成为水肿,就是停留在脉络之内,成为瘀血,日久就会络息成积,瘀血、水肿等病理产物胶结在一起致使心脏变形,进一步影响阳气、血液运行,造成心衰的发生。络息成积反映了心室重构。目前心衰的治疗从心阳虚衰血癖立论的系统研究仍较少。结合现代医学认识,血流动力学参数仍然是心衰状态的重要代表,血流动力学监测对于新的心血管药物的临床应用评估仍具有特殊价值。本文将对愈冠心痛灵方对慢性心衰患者的心脏血流动力学影响进行临床研究,以期说明益气活血法对气虚血瘀型CHF患者的确切临床疗效。

TCM theory thought that the reason of heart failure was mainly caused by Qiyang Xufa, Yunxue Wuli. Due to Xinqi Xufa, blood in the context can not flow to run. Fluid leaking outside the context may become edema, also can become Yuxue in the context; all can results in the incidence of heart failure. Luoxi Chengji reflects ventricular remodeling. Treating heart failure from the theory of Xinyang Xushuai Xuepi was few; medicine combined with modem knowledge thought that hemodynamic parameters was an important representative of heart failure, hemodynamic monitoring has special value on evaluating the clinical application of new cardiovascular drugs. This article research effects of the Yuguan Xintong Ling recipe on cardiac hemodynamics in patients with CHF, for explaining clinical effects of the Yiqi Huoxue therapy on Qixu Xueyu syndrome patients in CHF.
