三黄消渴汤对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及TNFα的影响

Clinical effects of the Sanhuang Xiaoke decoction on blood glucose,blood lipids and TNFα in diabetic rats

目的:观察三黄消渴汤对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞TNFα的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组和模型组。模型组再分为模型对照组、中药治疗组、阳性对照组,分别给予三黄消渴汤药液和生理盐水灌胃。1次/d,连续8周后腹主动脉取血、离心、检测血糖、血脂、TNFα。结果:三黄消渴汤组能降低血糖、血脂及TNFα水平。结论:三黄消渴汤能调节糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢,保护胰岛细胞,增加靶组织对胰岛素的敏感性。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Sanhuang Xiaoke decoction on TNFa in diabetic rats. Methods： Male Wistar rats were randomly divided to the control group and the model group. The model group was divided into the model control group, TCM treatment group and positive control group; three groups were given the Sanhuang Xiaoke decoction and NS. Results： The Sanhuang Xiaoke decoction can decrease blood sugar, blood lipids and TNFa levels. Conclusion： The Sanhuang Xiaoke decoction can regulate glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic rats, and protect islet cells sensitivity to insulin target tissues.
