生脉增液活血汤对糖尿病合并冠心病患者临床疗效及Hcy、MMP-9水平的影响

Effects of the Shengmai Zengye Huoxue decoction on treating diabetes with coronary heart disease and the level of Hcy and MMP-9

目的:观察生脉增液活血汤对糖尿病合并冠心病患者临床疗效及Hcy、MMP-9水平的影响。方法:将糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用基础治疗,观察组加服生脉增液活血汤,疗程均为8周。观察两组临床疗效及血清Hcy、MMP-9水平的变化。结果:观察组临床症状、心电图总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组Hb A1c及Hcy、MMP-9水平较对照组明显降低。结论:于基础疗法基础上,加用生脉增液活血汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著,其通过对Hcy、MMP-9水平的影响发挥稳定斑块作用可能为其作用机制之一。

Objective： To observe the influence of the Shengmai Zengye Huoxue decoction on diabetes with coronary heart disease and the level of Hcy and MMP-9. Methods： Patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given basic treatment, and the observation group was given the Shengmai Zengye Huoxue decoction more, 8 weeks for one course. Clinical effects and the level changes of Hcy, MMP-9 were observed. Results： The total efficiency of ECG and clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group, and the level of HbAlc, Hcy, MMP-9 in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the Shengmai Zengye Huoxue decoction was confirmed, and the mechanism may be built through affecting the level of Hey and MMP-9 and playing a role in stabilizing plaques.
