中医方剂祛湿汤结合西医疗法治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating subacute eczema with TCM the Qushi decoction plus western medicine

目的:对中医方剂祛湿汤结合西医疗法治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效进行探讨。方法:选择我院于2013年1月-2014年6月期间收治的亚急性湿疹患者80例,分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采用西医疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,接受祛湿汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为97.5%和85.0%,且观察组的复发率明显低于对照组。结论:在亚急性湿疹的临床治疗,采用祛湿汤结合西医疗法取得了很好的疗效,应在临床治疗中推广。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the Qushi decoction plus the western medicine on treating subacute eczema. Methods： 80 patients in our hospital from Junuary 2013 to June 2014 were divided into the control group （40 cases） and the observation group （40 cases）. The control group was given the western medicine, the observation group was given the Qushi decoction more. Treatment effective in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency in the control was 97.5%, in another it was 85,0%; and the recurrence rate in observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Conclusion： The Qushi decoction with the western medicine shows better effects on subacute eczema, and was worthy of clinical popularization.
