晶状体超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术的护理体会

Nursing experience of phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation

目的:探讨晶状体超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术的围手术期护理方法及其意义。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年11月-2013年6月689例白内障患者晶状体超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术前、术中、术后护理。结论:通过精心的心理护理和术前术后护理均取得了良好的复明效果,对术后所有的并发症通过及时的观察和护理,配合医生治疗全部好转,没有造成不良后果。

Objective： To study methods and significance of nursing phacoemulsificafion plus intraocular lens implantation in perioperative. Methods： Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing of 689 patients by phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from November 2011 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion： Mental nursing, preoperative and postoperative nursing were acquired good efficacy. All complications were timely observed, and were given nursing; all patients were improved by cooperation with the treatment, without adverse consequence.
