摘要
本文探讨了中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效,无论是单味中药为主的制剂,还是复方的古今名方、经验方,用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎,均取得了较大的进展,特别在提高患者生存质量、缓解负性情绪、降低不良反应及改善患者临床症状等方面有较明显的优势。但同时,建立前瞻性、客观性、实用性、敏感性的大样本研究,为慢性乙型肝炎患者提供中长期使用中医药的依据,也是临床亟待解决的问题。
Effects of TCM medicine on chronic hepatitis B were discussed in this article. Either single medicine or compound medicine was confirmed with great progress, especially in improving patients＇quality of life and clinical symptoms, relieving negative emotions, and reducing adverse reactions. At the same time, a large sample prospective study with objectivity, practicality, sensitivity should be built, for using TCM medicine rational. All were urgent in clinic.
