健脾益肺汤治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症25例分析

A clinical analysis of treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with the Jianpi Yifei decoction

目的:观察健脾益肺汤治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)的临床疗效。方法:对25例ALS患者给予健脾益肺汤治疗3个月,分别观察治疗前后ALSFRS量表、Norris量表、Appel量表^([1,2])及中医证候量表积分变化情况,并对量表间一致性进行评价。结果:治疗前后的中医证候积分间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ALSFRS量表、Norris量表、Appel量表积分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。量表间相关分析提示ALSFRS量表与Norris量表呈高度正相关,而Appel与Norris量表及ALSFRS量表呈高度负相关;中医证候量表与Appel量表呈高度正相关,而与ALSFRS量表及Norris量表呈高度负相关。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Jianpi Yifei decoction on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Methods： 25 patients were given the Jianpi Yifei decoction for 3 months, ALSFRS scale, Norris scale, Appel scale and TCM syndrome scale before and after the treatment were observed, at the same time, the consistency between the scales were evaluated. Results： The difference of the TCM syndrome scale before and after the treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The difference of ALSFRS scale, Norris scale and Appel scale was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. ALSFRS scale and Norris scale had a high positive correlation, but Appel scale and Norris scale had a negative correlation; TCM syndrome scale and APPEL scale had a high positive correlation, while ALSFRS scale and Norris scale had a negative correlation.
