乙哌立松与根痛平颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis with Eperisone plus Gentongping granule

目的:观察运用乙哌立松片与根痛平颗粒对神经根型颈椎病的疼痛改善率。方法:将海南医学院附属医院神经内科门诊就诊的96例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,一组单纯给予乙哌立松片口服,另一组单纯给予根痛平颗粒口服。以上两组4周为1个疗程,分别观察治疗前、治疗1个疗程及3个疗程后的疼痛改善情况。结果:1个疗程结束后,乙哌立松组总有效率85.4%,根痛平组总有效率68.7%,乙哌立松组与根痛平组差异比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义,乙哌立松组VAS评分及体征评分与治疗前相比有明显下降(P<0.05),根痛平组体征评分与治疗前相比有明显下降(P<0.05),VAS评分与治疗前相比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,乙哌立松组总有效率89.5%,根痛平组总有效率83.3%,两组差异比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义,VAS评分及体征评分与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:乙哌立松治疗神经根型颈椎病在疼痛视觉评分及体征评分改善尤为迅速,根痛平颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病短期疗效不显著,近期疗效与乙哌立松无差别,其副作用发生率低,确为一种安全的中药制剂。

Objective： To observe improvement rate of Eperisone plus Gentongping granule on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given Eperisone tablets, another group was given Gentongping granule. Results： In one course of treatment, the total effective rate in the eperisone group is 85.4%, in another it is 68.7%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, VAS score and and symptoms score in the eperisone group were decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment （P〈0.05）, the same as symptoms score in the Gentongping group （P〈0.05）, and VAS score has no significant difference compared with pre-treatment （P〉0.05）. In 3 courses of treatment, the total efficacy in the eperisone group is 89.5%, in another it is 83.3%, the difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Compared with pre-treatment, VAS scores and symptoms scores were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The VAS score and symptoms score of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is particularly improved by Eperisone, while effects of Gentongping granule were not significant in short-term, but compared with Eperisone, the efficacy showed no difference in the near term. This observation confirms the Gentongping granule with low incidence was indeed a safe herbal.
